What are the shipping methods available?
Local Orders:
1. Free Express door-to-door delivery.
2. Free self-collection at our store location.
International Orders:
Express door-to-door delivery (Shipping cost to be paid by the customer).
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It usually takes around 2-3 business days for courier delivery.
Due to high volume of orders, some delays may be experienced during seasonal periods/public holidays. We seek your kind understanding!
If shipping day falls on a Public Holiday, delivery service will resume on the next business day.
Is there any restricted area for delivery?
Restricted areas are Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Ave, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Immigration Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and our offshore islands.
I have a received a damaged / a defective / an incorrect item.
If item is defective or damaged when parcel is received, item will be exchanged.
Please email us at hello@veloceglobal.com within 7 days from the date of purchase or from when you have received your parcel, and provide us the following details:
1. Order No. along with your Name or Email Address used in the order.
2. Photos or videos of defect or damaged item.
The case will be attended to within 1-2 business days.
Can I request for a refund?
Unfortunately, all items sold are not refundable.
Can I use my diffuser with pets around?
Our pets are an integral part of the family. While aromatherapy oils have a variety of benefits for people, their use around animals and pets requires CAUTION.

Diffusing aromatherapy oil safe for my infants?
Please AVOID diffusing aromatherapy oil around infants under 6 months old.
